A SAVAGE WORLD

We live in a savage world where we regard our fellow animals as objects to be owned, bought, sold, beaten, tortured, slaughtered and eaten. 

We use animals for bestial sex. We make animals fight each other such as in cock fighting and bear baiting with dogs.

We use animals for so called medicines and kill them for body parts that some idiots believe make you more sexy.

We use animals for entertainment in circuses and variety shows. We put them in zoos and feed them to each other. On the food front we kill billions of creatures every year in the most horrendous way. Often  they are butchered while still alive. Yet there is no need for humans to eat flesh.

The law and religions do not object to cruel treatment of animals. The law will not act to protect most creatures. Religions condone the sacrificial murder of animals. Governments are usually among the biggest killers of animal life, often with unnecessary mass slaughter.

As other animal life slowly disappears, as the planet is poisoned by Man's existence and climate change starts to turn existence upside down, we continue to breed billions more of our species and totally disregard to mess we have made and the bigger one we are making.

Forgive me but I can't see a happy ending  unless we change our ways and question the horror of our existence.

Someone said we will eventually all just move to another planet after we've destroyed this one. And then what? Destroy that planet too? And kill and eat all the life there also?

I just hope I don't get reincarnated. I don't want to return to this immoral mess.
