My Animal Poems

I've written little poems since childhood but never published them. I am  currently collating them all into a book and hope to publish in near future.

But just in case I don't last that long I thought I might publish some samples here.

Most of my latest poetic work concerns animals and all living creatures - their beauty, their importance to us, the terrible cruelty and killing of them, animal welfare and world pollution and environmental  damage that effects them.  Let's start with my cute ferret called Candy...

Beauty is everything
But some are blind to see it
Like flowers and trees and birds that sing
And even furry ferret.

Love from animals is so great.
Why then do men serve them so cruel?
Man harms all in his blinded state.
Losing love he's thus the fool.
