So many animals and other creatures are now extinct. They become extinct continually now.
In the past 40 years 50 per cent of wildlife has disappeared...that's in half my lifetime.
It won't be long before there are none left and we are alone.
It's caused by you and me and climate change and stupid governments.
For me one of the saddest examples are POLAR BEARS. I adore them but studies say they will be extinct by 2050. That's only 33 years from now. Historically it is only moments away. Creatures that have been here for many thousands of years suddenly gone in historical seconds.
The POLAR BEAR is a symbol of Canada and the Arctic yet the Canadian government does nothing to save them or the many other mammals and birds dying and fading away forever. Instead they are killed for money or used as tourist attractions. Like fools many Canadians don't see the world dying around them, the life, the vegetation, the Arctic.
Right now POLAR BEARS are starving to death or drowning because of the melting. They are often without shelter. They and other creatures need the ice and the snow to exist. We destroyed their world and soon...like many many other creatures... they will be gone forever.
I weep for the POLAR BEARS, as I do for all life that through no fault if it's own has been extinguished by the greed and stupidity of man.
Let us not ask for forgiveness.
What we have done is unforgivable.
All humans must awaken to the situation- but I think it may be too late.
We have created the end of the world as we older generations knew it. The world of the future is a plastic, digitised, robotic, regimented, unnatural imitation of Nature's reality - more likely to eventually collapse in an over populated mess.
